    Search for a place or paste a location someone sent you. WhatsApp links, coordinates and Plus Codes all work.

  2. Offer your fare

    Pick a ride class, check the road route, and set the price you are happy to pay.

  3. Choose a driver

    Nearby drivers accept, decline or counter your offer. You decide who to ride with.

  4. Ride and follow

    Watch the trip live on the map, chat or call your driver in the app, then rate the ride when you arrive.

Send a parcel the same way you book a ride

Add the sender and receiver phone numbers, then the flat, floor and nearest landmark so your rider can find the right door. Offer a fare and choose your driver, just like a ride.

When a driver picks up your parcel, they take a photo of it as a record of what they collected.

Drive when you want, see requests as they come

Switch online and nearby requests appear live. Accept, decline or counter with your own price, then run the whole trip from one screen.

  • One switch to go online. Your location is shared while you are online, even when the screen is locked.
  • Swipe to confirm each stage. Arrived, started, completed. Open Google Maps for directions when you need them.
  • Know what you earn. See earnings by day, week or month, and keep an eye on your wallet.
  • Sign up in the app. Add your details and vehicle, upload your documents, and follow your approval status.

Questions

How does offering a fare work?

You enter your route and set the price you want to pay. Nearby drivers can accept it, decline it, or send back a counter-offer. You pick the driver and the price that suit you.

Can I talk to my driver?

Yes. You can chat in the app or start a voice call from inside the app. You can also choose to call over WhatsApp or your phone dialer, and you can switch those options on or off in Settings.

How does courier work?

Choose courier on the home screen, add the sender and receiver details and the drop-off address, then offer a fare. The driver photographs the parcel when they collect it.

What happens if I close the app during a trip?

Nothing is lost. When you open TriGo again, it takes you back to your trip in progress.

How do I become a driver?

Download the app, choose the driver option, and fill in your details. You will add your vehicle and upload your documents, then wait for approval. The app shows you where your application stands.
